What you need

cup shiitake mushrooms

cup oyster mushrooms

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp italian seasoning

cup shredded mozzarella

truffle oil
chili flakes

roasted garlic
cup mayonaise
tsp lemon

Instructions
3 Preheat oven to 400 °F and roast garlic for 30-35 minutes. 0 Add butter to a pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and sauté for a few minutes until the mushroom is cooked. 2 Add the shredded taleggio and/or parmesan to the pizza crust, covering the surface. Add the mushrooms next and spread it out then add mozzarella on top. 6 Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pizza crust is golden brown and the cheese melts. Roasted Garlic Sauce 7 For the sauce, mash the roasted garlic in a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and serve with the pizza.
