What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp green onion

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp chili oil

tsp table salt
tsp fresh garlic

lb ground beef

tbsp fresh ginger
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp cilantro

tsp table sugar

tsp sesame seed
Instructions
0 In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the dumpling filling and mix well. 1 Grease a heat proof dish and add thawed dumpling layer on the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of the dumpling filling and then another layer of dumpling wrapper on top. Keep making the layers like lasagna alternating between dumpling filling and wrapper. Make sure the dumpling wrapper is the top layer. 2 Steam the dumpling lasagna over medium heat for 20 minutes. While it’s steaming, make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
