tbsp yellow curry paste

tsp sugar
cup warm water

cup flour
cup cornstarch
Instructions
0 In a big bowl, mix tom yum paste, hot water and sugar until well combined. 1 Add your chicken and mix well. Marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. 2 After marinating, add flour and cornstarch to the bowl. Mix well until every piece of chicken is well coated. 3 Deep fry the chicken on medium low heat until golden brown and fully cooked (see notes). Place on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
