Instructions
Whipped Cream 0 Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence to a bowl. Whip the mixture until stiff peaks form. Strawberry Sando 3 Cut off the top of the strawberries to remove the leaves. Cut the crusts of the milk bread slices. 4 Spread a layer of whipped cream on one slice of milk bread. Place 3 strawberries in a diagonal line and one on each side, next to strawberry in the middle. Make sure all the strawberries are facing the same direction. 5 Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the strawberries, making sure to completely cover the strawberries. Add a slice of milk bread on top and smooth out the sides, making sure to not press down on the sando too much. 6 Wrap the sando tighly with the plastic wrap. Optional step: Draw a line on top according to the direction of the diagonal line of strawberries so you don't forget the direction to cut the sando. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or freeze for at least 15 minutes. 7 Slice the sando according to the diagonal line of strawberries with a sharp knife and serve. Enjoy!View original recipe
