red chili

canned diced tomatoes

tbsp fish sauce

tsp sugar

tbsp chili powder

Instructions
0 Sauté onions, garlic and fresh chili (optional) over medium heat until onions are transluscent. 1 Add canned sardines and 1/4 can (the sardine can) of water. 2 Optional step: Crush sardines with spatula. 3 Season with fish sauce, sugar and chili powder (optional). 4 Stir and bring to a boil before adding 4 eggs. 5 Turn heat down to medium low and cover until the egg is cooked to your preferred doneness. 6 Turn off heat and garnish.
