What you need

sundried tomato halves

lettuce

vegan cheese

cup flour

tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp chili powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp sugar

tsp cumin

tsp pepper

cup water

tbsp vegan mayonnaise

tbsp sweet chili sauce

tbsp sriracha

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp light soy sauce
tbsp chili flakes

panko breadcrumbs
gochugaru

5 spice powder
Instructions
0 Clean the oyster mushroom clusters by patting/wiping it with a damp paper towel. 1 Mix all the dry ingredients for the batter in a bowl and add water. Mix until it becomes a batter. 9 Prepare the panko crumbs for coating. 2 Coat the mushroom cluster in the batter then the panko crumbs. 3 Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown. 7 Let it stand on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Optional step: Sprinkle gochugaru and 5-spice powder while hot. Assembling 4 Toast the burger buns and spread a layer of the sauce on the inner part. 6 Add the oyster mushroom then spread a layer of the sauce on top. 8 Add a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and top of the burger bun.
