What you need

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp sesame oil

tsp sugar
tbsp gochugaru

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp garlic

tbsp green onion

tsp white sesame seeds

tbsp orange oil
Instructions
0 Soak frozen udon in hot water or boil for 1-2 minutes. Once done, strain and transfer to a bowl. 1 Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the udon and heat up neutral oil until it smokes. Carefully pour the hot oil on top of the ingredients and mix everything well. 2 Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly if needed. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
