What you need

clove garlic

cup heavy cream

tbsp chili oil

tbsp sugar

salt

slice american cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions
0 Boil the udon noodles and drain. 1 Saute minced garlic on medium heat for a few minutes, make sure not to burn it. 2 Add milk and bring to a simmer. Once it starts simmering, add chili oil and stir. 3 Turn down the heat to low and add cheese. Stir until the cheese melts. 4 Add sugar and stir. Taste for seasoning, add a pinch of salt if needed. 5 Add udon and coat noodles with the sauce. 6 Serve and garnish with roasted seaweed and green onions. Enjoy!View original recipe
