mango

cup condensed milk

cup coconut milk

unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
0 Bring a pot of water to a boil and once it's boiling, add the sago. Let it cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 1 Once the sago is cooked, turn off heat and cover with a lid and leave for another 10 minutes. Drain the sago after 10 minutes and rinse with water until cool to touch then transfer to a container. 2 While the sago is cooking, cut 1 mango and transfer to a blender. Add coconut milk and condensed milk to the blender and blend until smooth. 3 Transfer the mango mixture into the container with the sago and mix well. Optional step but highly recommend to let it cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Dice the other mango for the topping. 4 To assemble, pour the mango sago into serving containers. Optional step, pour a layer of coconut milk on top. Add the diced mangoes on top with some coconut flakes. Enjoy!View original recipe
