Instructions
Stuffed Tofu 1 Prep the veggies. Optional: blanch carrots if you don't like it raw. 2 Mix both in a bowl and set aside. 3 Mix corn starch, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl/plate for the seasoned coating. 4 Pat the tofu dry and coat it with the seasoned coating evenly. 5 Spray a thin layer of cooking spray and cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 380 F, flipping it halfway through. 6 Once it's cooked and has cooled down, cut the tofu in half diagonally. 7 Cut slits on the inside of the tofu 3/4 of the way through. 14 Use the back of a spoon to create an opening and gently pinch the tofu on the sides to keep it open for stuffing. 16 Stuff with the veggies and serve. Spicy Peanut Sauce 18 Add all the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and heat it up for 30-60 seconds. 19 Stir until well combined. Add a splash of water if too thick. Spicy Sauce 21 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.View original recipe
