What you need

cream cheese

cup heavy cream

tbsp condensed milk
egg

tbsp salted butter

tbsp garlic

tbsp parsley
tbsp chili flakes

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 1 Cut the croissants into thirds and set aside for later. Grease an 8x8 oven safe pan/dish for the croissant bake. 2 In a bowl, add softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream (if the cream cheese is still hard, microwave for 15-30 seconds). Mix until combined. Add an egg and condensed milk. Continue mixing until well combined and smooth. You want the mixture to be runny. 3 In a separate bowl, melt butter and add garlic, salt, condensed milk, parsley and chili flakes/powder. Mix well. Assembling 4 Dip the croissant one at a time into the cream cheese mixture for a few seconds, making sure it’s well coated but not soggy. Tap off excess and place into the greased pan/dish. Keep doing this and arrange the dipped croissant next to each other. 6 Pour the garlic butter mixture (optional step: reserve about 1 tbsp for later) all over from the bowl or with a spoon and make sure every surface is covered. 7 Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the top is golden and toasted. 8 Optional step: Brush on the remaining garlic butter mixture on top and add more parsley and chili flakes/pepper. Best served while hot. Enjoy!View original recipe
