What you need

clove garlic

cup kimchi

cup rice

tsp salt

tbsp sugar

tbsp sesame oil

shredded cheese

Instructions
0 In a pan on medium low heat, sauté the onions and garlic until the onion starts to sizzle. 2 Add sliced kimchi and sauté for another 3-5 minutes. 4 Add rice and pour in kimchi brine. 6 Season with salt, sugar and sesame oil. Mix well. Enjoy! 8 Optional step: Turn heat down slightly and let it continue to cook untouched until lightly brown. 10 Optional step: Add shredded cheese on top and a fried egg.View original recipe
