What you need

cup potato starch

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp black pepper

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp honey

clove granulated garlic

in fresh ginger
lemon wedge

spicy brown mustard
Instructions
0 Marinate the cut chicken thighs with all the ingredients for the marinade and set aside for 15 minutes. 1 Coat each piece of chicken with potato/corn starch and shallow fry in batches until golden brown on each side. 2 Place chicken on a cooling rack/paper towel to drain the oil.
