What you need

5 button mushrooms

½ cup olive oil
10 clove garlic

1 pasta

1 tbsp chili flakes

1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup pasta water
1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 parsley

1 parmesan cheese
Instructions
1 Add butter to a pan over medium heat and let it melt. Add mushroom and lightly season with salt and pepper. Sauté and let it cook until it browns (3-4 minutes) and remove from the pan. 0 Boil pasta according to package instructions. 2 In the same pan that you cook the mushroom, turn heat down to medium low and pour in olive oil. Add garlic and chili flakes. Let it cook and stir occasionally for at least 10 minutes until before it turns golden brown. 3 Turn the heat down to low and add pasta water, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and sugar. Stir and bring to a simmer. 4 Add pasta and mushrooms. Mix until well combined. Serve with a parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!View original recipe
