What you need

tsp green onion
tsp chili flakes

tsp sugar

tbsp orange oil

tsp oyster sauce

tsp light soy sauce

tsp rice vinegar

cup water

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

noodles

hard-boiled egg

sesame seed

chili oil
Instructions
4 Boil noodles until cooked and drain. Set aside for later. 0 In a bowl, add garlic, green onions, gochugaru and sugar. 1 Heat up the neutral oil on high in a saucepan until it's smoking (1-2 minutes). Pour the oil into the bowl and stir. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and rice vinegar and stir until well combined. 2 Pour in hot water into the same bowl. Add miso paste and stir until dissolves (see notes). 3 Add noodles and toppings of your choice (I used egg, green onions, chili oil and sesame seed). Enjoy!View original recipe
