What you need

clove garlic

green onion
tsp chili flakes

tsp sugar

tbsp orange oil

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp oyster sauce

cilantro
Instructions
0 In a bowl to serve, add the garlic, white part of the green onion, chili flakes and sugar. 1 Heat up the neutral oil in a saucepan. Once it's really hot, carefully pour it over the garlic mixture and stir. 2 To the bowl, add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix it well with the other mixture. 3 Boil noodles. Once drained, add to the serving bowl on top of the chili oil mixture. 4 Pour vinegar on top of the noodles and add cilantro and the remaining green onion. 5 Mix well until every strand of noodle is coated with the chili oil.
