tsp italian seasoning
tsp salt
tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
Garlic Butter 6 Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut 1/4 – 1/2 inch off the top of each of the garlic knobs. Place garlic knobs on foil (the side that has been cut on top) and drizzle the olive oil all over the garlic, focusing more on the exposed area. 7 Cover the knobs completely with foil and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes-50 minutes or until the garlic have browned and feel soft when pressed. 5 In a bowl, add roasted garlic, softened butter, Italian seasoning, salt and parsley. Mix until well combined. Set aside for later. Flatbread 0 To a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Mix with a spoon and eventually with a clean hand. Lightly knead it or keep doing a folding motion until you can form a ball (see notes). Separate into two balls. 1 Transfer to a greased surface and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top. Flatten it to your desired shape and thickness. Repeat the step with the other dough ball. 2 In a frying pan over medium heat, drizzle a bit of oil and add the flatbread. Cover with a lid and let it cook until golden brown (3-4 minutes). Flip it over and let it continue cooking until golden brown. 3 Remove from pan and immediately brush on a generous amount of garlic butter. Serve while hot. Enjoy!View original recipe
