tsp curry powder

cup flour

cup rice flour

tsp seasoned salt

curry leaves

Instructions
0 Clean and cut squid into thick rings. 2 Add squids to a bowl with the ingredients for the wet batter. Mix well and put aside 4 In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the dry batter. 6 Dredge the squid in the dry batter and shake off excess. 8 Lightly fry curry/basil leaves in hot oil and remove. 10 Fry the squid in the same oil by batches and remove when golden. 12 Serve with lemon wedge and garnish with the fried curry/basil leaves.
