What you need

½ cup garlic clove

½ cup shallot

2 cup orange oil
2 tbsp chili flakes

½ tbsp salt

1 tbsp light soy sauce

½ tbsp chicken bouillon powder

¾ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gochugaru
Instructions
0 Add dried chili, garlic and shallots to cold oil and turn on the heat. 2 Let the ingredients above slowly cook over low/medium low heat. This will take about 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally. 4 Once the time is up, turn off heat and add the rest of the ingredients and stir until its mixed well. 6 Once the oil cools, pour everything into a blender and blend until it turns into a paste. 8 Pour into a clean container and store in fridge for it to last longer.
