What you need

tbsp orange oil

tbsp granulated garlic

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp water

tsp sugar

tsp pepper

tsp sesame oil
Instructions
0 Slice bok choy in half lengthwise and rinse between the stems and leaves until clean. 3 Bring a pot of water to boil and once boiling, add the bok choy and blanch for one minute and strain immediately. Once the water stops dripping from the bok choy, arrange on a serving plate. 1 In a small pan/saucepan, add minced garlic to cold oil and heat it up over medium heat. Stir occasionally and turn off heat right before the garlic turns golden brown (3-4 minutes). 2 Add oyster sauce, water, sugar and sesame oil to the pan. Stir until well combined.
