Easy Creamy Mapo Tofu Udon

What you need

bunch green onion

button mushrooms

udon noodles

cup water

zucchini

pinch salt

tbsp garlic

tbsp oyster sauce

lb ground beef

onion

tsp sugar

tbsp light soy sauce

silken tofu

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp sesame seed paste
tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn
Instructions
0 In a pan over medium heat, heat up oil. Once hot enough, add the onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes then zucchini and mushroom. Season with a pinch of salt and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. 1 Add ground beef and break up any clumps. Once the ground beef is cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let it cook for a few more minutes or until the water has evaporated. Adjust to taste then turn off the heat. 2 For the creamy sauce, in a food processor add all the ingredients and blend until you get a creamy sauce. 3 Boil udon noodles and drain. Transfer to a bowl. To Serve 5 Add the cooked beef on top of the udon covering half of the noodles and the creamy tofu sauce for the other half. 6 Add chili oil on top (optional) and garnish with green onions.
