2 ears sweet corn

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
3 potato

1 lb clams

8 tbsp cajun seasoning

2 tbsp chili powder

4 unsalted butter

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 lb crab legs

1 lb mussels

1 lb shrimp

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp old bay seasoning

5 tsp worcestershire sauce

2 cup garlic
Instructions
Cajun Sauce 0 In a pot, add butter and minced garlic. Heat it up over medium heat until simmering. Once it starts simmering, turn heat down to medium low and stir occassionally to prevent burning. Let it cook for 10 minutes. 1 Add the seasonings and stir. Let it cook for 10 more minutes before adding lemon juice and water. Stir and adjust to taste. Seafood Boil 4 In a pot, add seasonings and lemon. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add corn and potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Remove and set aside. 5 Repeat the process with the different types of seafood, working in batches and based on the cooking time for each seafood. See notes for guide. 6 Once all the seafood is cooked, add to the sauce with the corn and potatoes. Mix well and serve with lemon. Enjoy!View original recipe
