What you need

cup sugar

egg nog

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp flour

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 395 F and prepare all the ingredients. 1 To a blender, add softened cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Blend on low for 30 seconds or until it's mixed well. 2 Pour in heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice and add salt and sifted flour. Blend on low until well combined (30-60 seconds) but not for too long because you don't want to overmix it. 3 Line a round 6 inch cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Tap the batter a few times to even out the batter and to get rid of all the air bubbles. 4 If the top of your cake is still not evenly deep golden brown or looking "burnt", let it bake for another 2-3 minutes but keeping an eye on it so it doesn't overcook (see notes). 5 Carefully remove the cake from the oven, the center should still be wobbly. Let it cool for at least 2 hours before removing from the pan. At this point, the cake will have deflated and firmed up. 6 Peel off the parchment paper and serve at room temperature.
