What you need

cup light soy sauce

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp honey

tbsp sugar

salt & pepper

sesame seed

green onion

4 Mix the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey and sugar in a bowl to make the teriyaki sauce. Set aside for later. 5 Season chicken thighs on both sides with salt and pepper. 6 In a medium sized frying pan, place chicken thighs skin side down and let it cook for 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is browns. 8 Remove the chicken and turn the heat to low. Add the teriyaki sauce into the pan and stir. Bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes. 9 Once it's simmering, add the chicken back to the pan and coat it with the sauce. Let it cook for a few more minutes on medium low or until the sauce thickens. Serve the chicken over/with rice and your choice of veggies. 11 Drizzle remaining sauce on top of the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!View original recipe
