What you need

tbsp green onion

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste

clove garlic clove

tbsp lemon juice

ramen noodles

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp sugar

tbsp cooking oil

cup low-sodium broth
tbsp Japanese mayo

hard-boiled egg
Instructions
0 Boil the ramen noodles and drain. Set aside for later. 1 In a heat proof bowl, add garlic and the green onions. Heat up neutral oil until smoking and pour over the garlic and green onions. 2 Add Japanese mayo, miso paste, oyster sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well before pouring in the hot water/low sodium broth. Stir until well combined and adjust to taste. 3 Add the noodles to the broth and add the egg or any other toppings you want.
