Dalgona Coffee French Toast

Indulge in this scrumptious Hong Kong Style French Toast of bread slices stuffed with peanut butter that is fried until golden brown, then drizzled with a delectable Dalgona Coffee Cream.

Instructions
Dalgona Coffee Cream 5 Add all the ingredients in a tall glass. Whisk until you get a whipped and thicker consistency (about 40-60 seconds with an electric hand whisk - see notes). Stuffed French Toast 0 Spread a layer of peanut butter on 2 of the 3 slices of bread and sandwich them together. Cut the crust off the slices of bread. 1 Make the milky egg wash by mixing the egg, milk and salt in a bowl. Dip the bread in the egg wash for a few seconds on each side. 2 Heat up oil over medium heat and once it's hot enough, shallow fry the bread until golden brown on each side including the sides. Remove from the pan and let it rest on a paper towel to soak up the grease. 3 Serve on a plate and drizzle the Dalgona coffee cream on top with a bit of butter. Enjoy!View original recipe
