tbsp rice flour

tsp sugar
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp water
tsp fresh garlic

tbsp lime juice

tbsp tamarind concentrate
wings

tsp vinegar

tbsp cilantro

tbsp fish sauce

Instructions
0 Add all the ingredients for the chicken in a large bowl or ziploc bag. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 1 Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well. Adjust to taste. Keep it in the fridge until ready to serve. 2 Over medium low heat, heat up oil for frying.
