What you need

tsp green onion

tsp sugar
tsp gochugaru

tbsp orange oil

tsp chicken bouillon

tsp soy sauce
cup warm milk

tbsp Miso Soybean Paste
tsp lime

noodles

hard-boiled egg

sesame seed
Instructions
4 Boil noodles until cooked and drain. Set aside for later. 0 In a bowl, add minced garlic, diced green onions (the white part), gochugaru and sugar. Heat up neutral oil until it's smoking then pour hot oil over the ingredients and stir. 1 Add mushroom/chicken bouillon paste or powder and light soy sauce. Heat up milk and pour into the bowl. Stir until well combined. 2 Add miso paste and stir until dissolves. Lastly, add lime juice and stir. 3 Add noodles and toppings of your choice (I used egg, green onions and sesame seed).
