tbsp onion powder

tbsp paprika

tbsp lemon pepper

tbsp orange oil

tbsp butter

clove garlic

shallot

tbsp cajun seasoning

tbsp italian seasoning

tsp sugar

cup heavy cream

cup grated parmesan cheese

tbsp lemon juice

fresh parsley
Instructions
0 Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper and 2 tbsp neutral oil on both sides. 1 In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp neutral oil. Once the butter melts, add chicken thighs and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it browns. Remove from the pan. 2 Turn the heat down to medium low and add a bit oil if needed (see notes). 3 Add shallots and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes before pouring in heavy cream and scraping off the bottom to deglaze the pan. Add the sauce seasonings and parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined. 4 Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes before adding lemon juice and minced parsley. Stir and taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed. 5 Add the chicken back to the pan and let it cook for another minute before turning off heat. 6 Coat the chicken with the sauce and serve with mashed potatoes or veggies.
