Chili Oil Soft Tofu Eggs

What you need

silken tofu

cherry tomato

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp chili oil

green onion

salt
Instructions
0 In a bowl, crack 3 eggs, season with 1/4 tsp of salt and beat it. 2 In a medium sized frying pan, pour in the egg and let it cook over medium heat. 4 When the eggs are halfway cooked, add the block of tofu in the middle and the tomatoes around it. 6 Gently slice the tofu into smaller cubes with a knife and spread it around leaving a small space around the edges. Be careful not to slice the eggs while you do this. 8 Drizzle soy sauce over the tofu and eggs then add the chili oil all over. 10 Cover and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes and turn off heat. 12 Garnish with green onions and enjoy!View original recipe
