What you need

tbsp chili oil

pinch salt
Instructions
0 To a pan on medium low heat, add 1 tbsp of chili oil. 2 Once it starts to sizzle, crack two eggs into the pan. 4 Season with salt and add more chili oil on top of the eggs. 6 Turn the heat to low and cover the pan for another 30-60 seconds for the egg to finish cooking. 8 Turn off heat and serve with rice.
