What you need

tbsp orange oil

clove garlic

green onion

tsp sugar
tbsp gochugaru

tbsp light soy sauce

tsp sesame oil
Instructions
2 Heat up neutral oil. 0 To a bowl, add minced garlic, 3/4 of the green onions, sugar and gochugaru. 1 Pour in the hot neutral oil into the bowl and stir. 3 Add light soy sauce and sesame oil.
