This chicken udon stir fry is a quick and easy recipe that is downright delicious. Chicken and veggies are stir fried together with udon noodles in a savory and flavorful sauce.

What you need

onion

clove garlic

carrot

green onion

chicken thigh

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp sugar

tbsp water

tbsp corn starch
tbsp chili flakes
Instructions
0 Marinate chicken thigh for at least 15 minutes. 2 Boil udon noodles and drain. Set aside. 4 Start by sautéing onions and garlic over medium heat until onion is translucent. Add carrots and continue sautéing for another minute. 6 Add chicken with all the marinade sauce into the pan and stir. 8 Once chicken is fully cooked, add 2 tbsp of water and stir. 11 Add cooked udon to the pan and gently stir until the noodles are coated with the sauce. 10 Serve and garnish with green onions.
