What you need

clove garlic

cup broccoli florets

white sesame seeds

skinless boneless chicken thighs

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp pepper
tbsp cornstarch
cup low sodium chicken broth

tbsp sugar

tbsp light soy sauce

tbsp dark soy sauce

tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
0 In a bowl, add the bite sized chicken and marinate with the ingredients listed. Mix well and set aside. 1 In a separate bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. 2 In a wok or large frying pan, add 1-2 tbsp of neutral oil and heat it up over medium heat. Once it's hot enough, add the ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. 3 Turn the heat up to medium high heat and add the marinated chicken. Stir and let it cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked-- stirring occassionally. 4 Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the sauce, stir and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn the heat down to medium and add the rinsed broccoli. Stir and cover with a lid for 5 minutes. 5 Once it's done, remove the lid and taste for seasoning. Adjust accordingly. Turn off heat and serve with white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy :)View original recipe
