Preparation 3 Take burrata out of the fridge to get it to room temperature. 0 Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Drizzle olive oil all over the exposed area of the bread. Drizzle olive oil to a pan over medium heat and add the baguette. Press down to toast evenly. Toast on both sides until golden brown. 1 Slice the grape tomatoes into quarters. Take a few basil leaves and stack it together. Roll the leaves together tightly and slice the leaves as thinly as possible. Add everything to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil and toss to mix well. To assemble 2 If using roasted garlic, mash and spread a few cloves on top of the toasted baguette. If using a fresh garlic clove, rub the garlic on the toasted baguette. 5 Place the burrata on top of the baguette and spread it all over. Add the tomato basil mix on top.
