What you need

lb ground beef

onion

clove garlic

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp sugar

green onion

egg nog
Instructions
0 Cook the potatoes until tender and drain. 2 Transfer to a big bowl and mash it. 4 Pan fry the beef with onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. 6 Once cooked, transfer to the same bowl as the potatoes. 8 Add green onions and mix well. 10 Take 1-2 tbsp of the mixture and shape it into a hockey puck. 12 Break 2 eggs in a separate bowl and beat it. 14 Coat the potato meat pucks with the egg and pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
