This easy ground beef dumpling lasagna is a viral social media-inspired recipe made by layering dumpling wrappers with juicy beef filling, steaming it, then drizzling a delicious soy chili oil sauce all over.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the dumpling filling and mix well.
Grease a heat proof dish and add thawed dumpling layer on the bottom of the dish. Add a layer of the dumpling filling and then another layer of dumpling wrapper on top. Keep making the layers like lasagna alternating between dumpling filling and wrapper. Make sure the dumpling wrapper is the top layer.
Steam the dumpling lasagna over medium heat for 20 minutes. While it’s steaming, make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
Pour the sauce all over the cooked dumpling lasagna and garnish with green onions. Serve while hot. Enjoy!
