This easy 10-Minute Asian Noodle Soup is perfect for fast lunches and quick weeknight dinners. With an aromatic and umami-filled broth, made from simple ingredients like oyster sauce, miso paste, and Japanese Kewpie mayo.

Boil the ramen noodles and drain. Set aside for later.
In a heat proof bowl, add garlic and the green onions. Heat up neutral oil until smoking and pour over the garlic and green onions.
Add Japanese mayo, miso paste, oyster sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well before pouring in the hot water/low sodium broth. Stir until well combined and adjust to taste.
Add the noodles to the broth and add the egg or any other toppings you want. Add chili oil if you want it spicy and enjoy!
