Easy Soy Sauce Stir Fry Noodles (15 Minutes)

This quick and easy Soy Sauce Stir Fry Noodles is the perfect lazy meal as it takes only 15 minutes! Made with just a handful of ingredients, but tastes incredibly flavorful.
Optional ingredients
Boil you choice of noodles and drain. Set aside for later.
In a wok/pan, add 2-3 tbsp of oil and heat it up over medium heat. Once hot enough, add sliced onions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes then add garlic and continue cooking.
Add thinly sliced meat or protein of your choice (see notes). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well before adding your choice of veggies (optional).
Add cooked noodles and flavor with oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Mix well. Turn the heat down to medium low. Taste and adjust accordingly. Add lime juice and mix well (optional).
Serve while hot with a side of chili oil or pickled jalapeno. Enjoy!
