These Spicy Chili Garlic Oil Noodles are delicious, flavorful, and packed with umami. With chewy udon noodles tossed in a spicy and savory chili oil sauce, made within just 10 minutes!

For garnishing (optional)
Soak frozen udon in hot water or boil for 1-2 minutes. Once done, strain and transfer to a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the udon and heat up neutral oil until it smokes. Carefully pour the hot oil on top of the ingredients and mix everything well.
Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly if needed. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
