Boil noodles until cooked and drain. Set aside for later.
In a microwave safe bowl, add minced garlic and neutral oil. Heat it up in the microwave twice at 30 seconds intervals each time. Stir well.
Add the rest of the seasonings. Heat up the low sodium chicken broth and pour into the bowl. Stir well and adjust seasonings to taste.
Add noodles and your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
