Soondubu Ramyeon (Instant Ramyeon With Soft Tofu)

Enjoy a bowl of Soondubu Ramyeon -- a leveled up instant ramyeon noodle bowl with soft tofu, onion, green onion, oyster sauce, and egg.
In a pot over medium heat, add 1.5 tbsp of oil and add onions and the white part of the green onion. Sauté for 1-2 minutes before adding the instant noodle seasoning powder and sesame oil. Sauté for 1 more minute before pouring in water.
Add oyster sauce and stir. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and dried vegetables.
Let the noodles cook per package instructions and once cooked, add heavy cream and stir.
Add soondubu (soft tofu) and gently break it apart with a spoon. Crack an egg and cover with a lid until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
