In a pan over medium heat, add oil. Once the oil is hot enough, crack an egg (or two) and let it cook until the edges are crispy or to your desired doneness.
Assembling
Place hot rice in a bowl and add butter. Place the fried egg(s) on top and drizzle a bit of light soy sauce and sesame oil. Optional: Add shredded roasted seaweed.
Add toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve while hot and with roasted seaweed. Enjoy!
