Air Fried Potato Wedges
Wash and scrub the russet potatoes and cut into wedges. Pat dry.
In a bowl, mix the potato wedges dry seasoning with the oil.
Add potatoes into the bowl and coat each wedge with the seasoned oil. Set aside for at least 15 minutes.
Place potato wedges in an air fryer, leaving some space in between.
Air fry at 375 F for 10 minutes and flip wedges over and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer. Add to a bowl and season with a pinch of salt while hot.
Garlic Butter
Melt butter over medium heat and add garlic.
Stir and let the garlic cook until before it turns brown (2-3 minutes).
Turn off heat and pour the garlic butter over the wedges. Optional step: Add parmesan, minced parsley and a squeeze of lime.
Toss until evenly coated and serve with your choice of sauce. Enjoy!
