Cajun Fried Rice

A non-traditional take on the classic fried rice that's packed with cajun flavor.

Add butter to a medium pan on medium low heat.
Once butter melts, add garlic and fry it until before it turns lightly golden. Careful not to burn it. Turn the heat to low.
Add cajun seasoning, sugar, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add sausage to the pan.
Once sausage browns/is cooked, add rice and stir through until everything is mixed well.
Garnish with green onions. Best served immediately and enjoy!
