An easy and delicious Wild Mushroom Cheese Pizza with Truffle Oil that's perfect for weeknight dinners or even as a date night option! You can also skip the truffle oil if you're not a fan, and it'll be just as good.
Roasted Garlic Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 °F and roast garlic for 30-35 minutes.
Add butter to a pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and sauté for a few minutes until the mushroom is cooked.
Add the shredded taleggio and/or parmesan to the pizza crust, covering the surface. Add the mushrooms next and spread it out then add mozzarella on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the pizza crust is golden brown and the cheese melts.
Roasted Garlic Sauce
For the sauce, mash the roasted garlic in a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and serve with the pizza. Enjoy!
